Now it seems he's going steady again, this time, with 17-year old actress Bella Thorne. The couple have been sighted on multiple occasions in the last month, mainly in gaudy LA settings, where they've been seen hugging and kissing. Bieber is reported to be spending tens of thousdands of dollars on his new flame, buying gifts like golden iPhone cases, Louboutin shoes and even a diamond-studded watch. The fact that Thorne is still a minor means they're not legally permitted to get down and dirty - YET. The couple is expected to publically announce their romance within the coming month.
