12-year old Irish Boy who tried to get into pub using THIS fake ID knocks bartender unconcious and d
Kildare, Ireland - When police arrived on the scene at the only pub of Kildare, a small Irish town, on Friday morning, they were met with a surprising scene indeed. On the floor lay a 12 year old boy who had been reported missing the night before, clearly passed out with multiple bottles of beer scattered around him. Next to him, drenched in beer, was also a piece of paper that looked like a very obvious fake ID saying the boy was 18. At the entrance of the bar lay another body, this time an adult male, the pub owner, with a nasty bruise above his eye. At first the police didn't know what to do in the bizarre situation, but were eventually able to rouse the grown man and have him shed some details on what had happened.
What the man told them left the police even more puzzled. According to his story, it had been a slow Thursday night with very few customers when a 12-year old boy had come to the door demanding to be let in, touting a very obviously fake ID (pictured). When the owner refused, the boy had become aggressive and then somehow managed to knock the bar owner out. The boy had apparently then gone on a binge drinking rampage through the bar, drinking an estimated 17 bottles of beer.
The police were able to wake the boy up some time later and he was (with what we assume was the hangover of the century) sent home to his very worried parents. When asked why the boy had done what he had done, he answered: "I was just trying to get a few beers and what have you, but the bar-wanker wouldn't let me have any, so I made him pay"
The Kildare police station have decided not to pursue any legal actions against the boy but have offered family counselling and help with the boy's evident drinking problem. But as you would expect, the boy has refused to attend and still insists that he was born in 1997.
