Rachel Dolezal: I am an N-word, and I am proud of it
Spokane, WA - The news about Rachel Dolezal, a woman who was caught having fabricated an African American identity for decades while working for the NAACP in Spokane Washington, broke the internet today. 38-year old Dolezal, who was born to two Caucasian parents, was unmasked after having made false “hate-crime” allegations involving threats being made to her and her sons’ for their race. When a local interviewer questioned Dolezal about these reports, and subsequently asked her about a picture of her and a black man, whom she had claimed was her father, she became very defensive – something that caused her parents, after having seen the interview, to contact the news network and tell them about Rachel’s real identity. Now Rachel has broken the silence. In a radio interview at around 9am local time, Rachel Dolezal spoke out about all that’s happened: - First of all, I’m a nigger, and I’m proud of it. I don’t care what any of y’all say, I have African roots and I can prove it. Just look at my birth certificate, my father’s name is Tyrone Jackson. I was born as a black child, and today, I am a black woman. I have done so much for the black community and to have people deny my African heritage and the veracity of the hate crimes directed against me and my children is frankly disgusting! There’s hardly a drop of white blood running through my veins, the jungle is in my heart! I am a sister, I am black, I am a nigger - deal with it! When the interviewer, Hugh Myrone Gaines, asked Rachel to explain her parents statements about her heritage, this is how she responded - Those ain’t my parents, those are some crazy ass cracker white backwoods hicks who’re trying to make a quick story off a weird story. I’ve never seen them in my life, and that picture of me as a white woman is obviously photoshopped!
So, it appears Rachel is sticking with her story, despite all the evidence against her. NAACP will conduct a thorough investigation as to what motives Dolezal had entering the organisation and whether she has broken any rules by misrepresenting her race.
