Ted Cruz wants to ban tattoos, tattoos do not belong in a Christian nation
Got Ink? – not for much longer – at least if senator Ted Cruz gets his way
Senator Ted Cruz, the stalwart, political aficionado who has time and time again been presaged to become the strongest Republican candidate in the 2016 election, has made a puzzling and very controversial statement - a statement that makes his steadfast, Christian stance unequivocal - early this morning he announced that he will ban tattoos when (or if) he becomes president:
“Tattoos have no place in our Christian nation. They’re the brand of devil worshippers and mumbo jumbo voodoo people. No person who loves God and who believes in our Lord Jesus Christ, will stain his or her body in such an unseemly way. Tattoos will not be tolerated in my America."
He continues to outline the punishments that ornating your skin with tattoos will result in.
“Having tattoos after my law is implemented will result in at least 6 months in prison for indecent exposure. It is my hope and dream that I will be able to walk the streets of this country, and not see a single demonic blotch on peoples’ skin. Everyone who has tattoos already will have to have them lasered off, and tattoos parlors will be put out of business by the Government. Tattoos are the devils mark and the sooner we get rid of them the better." The senator concluded his speech by commanding the people to vote for him and put an end to the tyranny of the ink
“Vote Cruz in 2016 for a world free of ugly Devil Stains”
We stopped a tattooed man walking down a street in Brooklyn and asked him what he thinks of the proposed bill. He was not positive about it.
“I think idiots like Ted Cruz need to be gagged, tattoos are awesome."
